Can’t change custom access for one page?

Hi there!

Sorry, I’ve encountered a small bug that means for only one page on my website, I am unable to save new custom access settings via Ultimate Member. When I attempt to do so, I get a 404 error. This doesn’t occur when I change the access settings for any other page.

Is there a way I could do this via altering the databases etc?
