Can't change css style

    Can’t change css style for template CLEAN SEPARATED. Need to do title underline none and change color. Have trying chage templates.css for example for this:

    .wprssmi-cs-items .title{
font-size:18px;
text-decoration:none;
color:#FF8500;
}

    …nothing happened. but if to change font size it works….
    Using the7 theme
