Can't change configuration: Can't create folder wp-content/cache/tmp

  • Hi,

    I have installed w3 total cache plugin, Version 0.9.4 on WP 3.9.1.

    When i try to save the configuration it give following error.

    Can’t change configuration:…… Can’t create folder /wp-content/cache/tmp

    I am using windows platform with IIS 7.5. Can anyone explain to which user & folder permission to be set to fix above issue.
