    I have the exact same problem.

    No matter what I select, “cancelled” or “create a payment”, it runs, and then nothing happens. Status remains “pending”.

    Any ideas?

    ok the thing common I noticed between your issue and mine is this:

    There is one line item that is *zero* commission.

    In my case the commission rate was N/A (I hadn’t changed the default in settings yet).

    So maybe, if there is ONE line item that is ZERO commission payable, the Bulk Change would fail.
