Hi there,
unfortunately it looks like the links you posted no longer work, so I can’t really see what is happening on your website. From the few things that I picked up by your previous posts though, I’d like to briefly explain how the plugin works:
The options in the “Settings > Socials Ignited” screen are the defaults that are used by the widget at the time of creation.
That is, when you create a new widget, it will pick up those colors/values so you don’t have to repeat yourself when creating multiple widgets. Perhaps the word “default” should be “initial” to make things clearer.
Once a widget gets saved, it works with its own set of values and has nothing to do with the Settings screen. If for example you remove the widget’s border color, it will NOT fall back to the color you’ve set in the Settings screen, but will inherit whichever CSS rules apply by your active theme.
So, what I described above is expected behaviour. If you experience something else, please do explain the situation, however we’d need to actually see the problem on hand.
To really see what happens, widgets with identical settings should be placed both on the header and on the footer.
