    I’ve been testing the collection feature on Facebook and I’m able to replace the collection featured image. The button “Replace image” lets me select another image which must be JPG or PNG and at least 800 x 600 pixels – https://snipboard.io/y1hCXT.jpg.

    Can you translate in English for us the warning message that appears on your page? So we’ll have more context to understand what could be the cause that doesn’t let you replace the featured image.

    In this regard, you could also contact Facebook support and see if they have more information regarding the warning and can help you fix it.

    The warning message is:
    “You can update the product information in this collection on the partner platform. Changes will be tested within a few days, after which your customers will be able to see them”

    Yes, you’re right. But I don’t have this field in my Facebook shop ?????
    Do I understand correctly that when using the plugin, I still, as planned, should be able to change the cover in the Facebook store? And for some reason, this field is simply missing for me.

    As that change looks on Facebook side, you should contact their support as that is on Facebook’s side.
