    Hello,

After Product data ‘Ticket’ is selected I can’t change the catalog visibility from ‘Hidden’ to ‘Shop and search results’ and as a result, my tickets are not showing on the shop page. After every saving it returns to the Hidden status.

If Product data ‘Ticket’ is unselected everything works fine, but it’s not want to have. I tried uninstall all plugin – no progress.
    So, any solution?

    Woo 3.3.5
    WP 4.9.5

    Please help ASAP.

    Thanks

    @merkucio Hello!

The ‘Ticket’ is supposed to be hidden and there is a reason for this. In and of itself, the Ticket product has no meaning. It only has a ‘meaning’ to purchase when associated with a specific event.

For example, if you directly bought a ‘Ticket’product, it would not have an actual ticket attached for an event. It would just be a WooCommerce Product.

Only when it is purchased through an Event does an actual Ticket get issued. THis is because the Ticket products are used in Price Structures for an event.

    Example:

Ticket Product – $5 Matinee Weekday
Ticket Product – $8 Matinee Weekend
    Ticket Proudct – $10 Weekday
    Ticket Product – $15 Weekend.

You could build a price structure for ‘Weekday’ and ‘Weekend’ and use those price structures to assign to specific events.

Perhaps Thursday has a matinee and evening and Friday has matinee and evening, so each one can be used for that specific event. (You choose price structure on the event)

As you can see, without being used IN an event, the ticket has no meaning, which is why only EVENTS are on the Calendar, not Tickets. You click the event, and then the event has the price structure for that events ticket purchase.

Upon purchase a specific unique ticket is created and assigned BASED on the underlying Ticket Product, but you don’t buy the Ticket Product directly. (ever)

    Hope this help explain.
