Can’t change billing name

    Hello, one user has several previous invoices. I want to change the billing name in the user profile, but I can’t do this. I need this because the owner of the account changed and new invoices should be with different user billing name.

    Hi @djbo5a5,

    You can update the user details under the customers section which leads to the edit user page, here you can set the billing info. This will be used for any new invoices but older invoices would need to be manaully updated. For older invoices, you can change the email to something else and then change it back and it will re-fill in the new details.
