Can’t Change Author of single post in admin area

Thanks for the feedback! There is probably a compatibility problem with an another plugin/custom code here. Can you please provide a list of your active plugins (with versions)?

In the meantime, you can disable the Ajax Author Box module using the following code:

add_action('acf/init', 'my_acfe_modules');
function my_acfe_modules(){
    
    acf_update_setting('acfe/modules/author', false);
    
}

Actually right now I have the same issue on 2 sites. Second have more plugins. But I think it’s no matter.

Thanks for the details. Well your plugin list is pretty straight foward, I don’t see anything that could break compatibility with that ACF Extended module. The problem most likely come from your theme. May I ask which one do you use? do you have any JS error in your browser console when editing a post?
