I created a new gallery but when I try to change anything within the options (layout type, display elements etc) it doesn’t respond. I can’t select another layout and none of the other tabs even open. It’s like the entire options menu is unresponsive.

I’ve tried this with albums, same deal.

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if the entire thing is borked.
I am using the premium version.

edit: I understand this forum is supposedly not for premium customers but the developers’ website sends me back here to make a support ticket.

  • I’m not sure why you made such a statement “website sends me back here to make a support ticket”. We recommend to post any general questions which is common and technical on this forum.

Anyway, we’ve had an email communication and the issue wasn’t relevant. As the issue happened only on local environment and automatically gone on production. I guess there were some local configurations which caused the issue you’ve experienced.

I’m a new user and having this same issue. I can not choose any options (layout, display elements, styles and effects, pop-up, etc.).

These were the reasons I paid for the pro version. Please help. Thank you.

This issue has been resolved for me.

Apparently the options do not work in a offline, local host setting. when you put your website live it works. It’s a bit of a pain though because that means you have to work in a live environment and you can’t really customize your galleries beforehand.

I believe there as been some confusion to what i meant. WordPress refers paying customers to the plugin developers’ website, but their website sends me back here to set up a support ticket.
