Can’t cancel subscription

I have tried to cancel my subscription with Beeketing since December to no avail. I have sent so many emails to ask for Beeketing to cancel my billing since I can’t do it in the app myself. But they’ve ignored this request and continue to bill me each month.
This is bad business and I certainly will not be supporting their next venture.
