Can’t bulk regenerate at all —

Whenever I try to bulk regenerate any images, I get an error:

New Process started
A fatal error occured!
Process finished

It says it’s done, but nothing happened, and it seems ot hang on “Starting Process”.

If I leave the page and come back, it says it’s paused, and when I unpause, it just says no images meet the criteria.

No images found for this period and/or settings or none uploaded
Process finished

How do I determine what the problem is here?
