Hello @sayna and thank you for the help/suggestion @janbwordpress !
It sounds like you’re having trouble finding the left-hand navigation. First thing’s first: log into your WordPress website. You can append the following to your websites URL in the top address bar to pull up the login screen:
/wp-admin/
/login/
/admin/
/login.php
So if your domain is example.com
you can type the following into your top address bar to pull up the login screen:
example.com/wp-admin/
On this login screen you’ll need to enter your login credentials. For more information please checkout this WPMU Dev Article regarding the WordPress Login.
This should redirect you to the admin panel and you should see a Dashboard screen with some general information. It will look something like this linked image below:

It’s possible that your left-hand navigation is “collapsed” which means it’s been minimized. If that’s the case then it will not look like the image above and you’ll need to click the arrow icon at the very bottom of the left-hand bar. An example of what that looks like is linked in the image below:

In the above image see the red border around the button you would need to click.
If after reading the above information you need further assistance it may be helpful to contact your host and see if they can walk you through the process. Maybe visiting a local WordPress meetup will be helpful or a local WordCamp. Feel free to reply back to this thread and we can certainly see if we can clarify or help further.
