    Hello

I installed your plugin but after several tests and saw it takes more to load than before I decided to deactivate first to be sure of that before deleting it but when I went to deactivate on plugins > installed plugins it always reactivated, I tried to delete but was not able to delete it… then I tried to go to any setting but I get a message that says: You can’t access to this page… which mean now I don’t know f your plugins can be deactivated, I dont know if the rules are there and I dont know how to solve it (making sure everything generated by plugin is off)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Will try to be cleared in order to get better support:

    1) Plugins is on latest version
2)Got also installed autoptimize (which it said its compatible)

So, I tried disabling both, Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster and Autoptimize… I actually tried also changing folder name on /plugin foder… And Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster folder is not there, but when I go to dashboard > plugins both are there Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster and autoptimize… its insane never had this issue until installed Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster…

I have “removed” and cleared database but it still appears everytime I go to plugins section, It still shows it option on dashaboard and I guess it still do whatever was set up instead of letting me delete it…It keeps appearing every single time… need to solve it… any idea?

@mvalez88 the default user-level access that is needed in order to access Asset CleanUp’s admin pages is “administrator” which can also be overwritten through a hook.

What’s the level of access you had when you logged in? Are you sure you were logged in as admin? Also, the fact that you weren’t able to deactivate “Autoptimize” suggests you don’t have the right permissions to do that (who knows what can of changes were done to your website, this needs to be investigated).

Asset CleanUp is not preventing you in any way to deactivate other plugins. Can you try to do the same thing for a different plugin and then re-activate it back?
