Can’t Backup with phpMyAdmin

  • I’ve installed phpMyAdmin 5.2.6 and am running WP 2.7.1. When I try to export the WP database using the instructions on this page:

    I get the following error messages:

    export.php: Missing parameter: what (FAQ 2.8)
    export.php: Missing parameter: export_type (FAQ 2.8)

    My ISP can provide no help — they say they are able to run it successfully on their end.

    I’m using a Macintosh at home with OS 10.5.6.
