Can’t authorize access to your Google Drive

    Good mornign,
    i cant authorize the google drive account.

    When i click to the link “Follow this link to authorize access to your Google Drive account (you will not be able to backup to Google Drive without it).” and i accept the access to google drive, i am redirected to a 404 page of my blog.

    The 404 page is reached from this kind of url “….. wp-admin/options-general.php?action=updraftmethod-googledrive-auth&state=token…… ……&scope=profile https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile”

    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    Do you have any security or caching plugins installed? Can you try to temporarily deactivate? Could you also use a different browser to re-authenticate?

    Please let us know if you get the same authentication issue.

    i have deactivated all the plugin, but the problem it’s the same.

    The symptoms are consistent with mod_security being installed in Apache and blocking the access. Can you ask your web host about that?
