Can't Authenticate, Shortcodes not working

    I keep getting the error: You have no forms yet, or there is a connection issue. Please check your Settings. on all of my widgets and any plugins or pages aren’t reading shortcodes. Our credentials in the settings are 100% accurate and we’ve verified that the forms we are calling are correctly named and ID’d. Can we just embed the form with an iframe or something from Pardot, it’s pretty critical that this works again, it’s just suddenly stopped.

    You can definitely just embed the form (grab it from Pardot), but it sounds like something changed with your site overall. Any ideas?

    And, can you tell me what you mean by “pages aren’t reading shortcodes”?
