• Hello, I’m using the free version until I can confirm that I can get it working.

    I’ve followed the tutorial and I enter the Client Identifier and Client Secrets and click “Save Settings”. It doesn’t seem to work. When I save, it just reloads the page with no error displayed.

    I figure I’m missing something obvious, but I don’t see it.

    Hi,

    Can you please tell me if you tried to import anything? Please note that Lite version doesn’t allow authorization on Vimeo to query your private videos so after entering your keys you won’t see the link that allows you to authorize on Vimeo.

    Basically, in Lite, you enter your Client and Secret keys and after doing so, you can start importing videos using the plugin.

    Ok, I can add a video with the “Add new” function. When I try to “Import Videos” with a channel ID, it pulls no results. In the case of the one I’m trying, it is an album with just one test video in it.

    We are interested in buying it, but not until I can confirm that it does what we need, how we need.

    Hi,

    Is the album a public one? Please note that Lite version works only for publicly visible content. This applies to albums and videos. If, for example, you hide a video from Vimeo using its privacy settings, Lite version won’t be able to “see” it but PRO will.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried searching for my Vimeo Account, channels and albums I have created which are all public.

    Do you know why this is?
