    Hi,

    Does anything different happen if you use the ‘Wipe Settings’ button in the ‘Advanced Tools’ tab and go through it again?

    Thanks for your response. I just wiped the settings and tried again. Unfortunately I got the same two messages after connecting, and ran into the same error when trying to run a backup.

    Also, I just tried a different Google account with the same result.

    Hi,

    No refresh token was received from Google. This often means that you have not yet authenticated Google Drive successfully. Please recheck all Google settings and credentials, then follow the link to authenticate again.

    If you are using any caching or security plugin, I would also recommend temporarily disabling it first.
