Can't attached or upload files with Int Exp but can with Firefox?

  • I just got a new laptop. I can’t attach files to emails or upload to WordPress sites using Internet Explorer, but I can with Mozilla Firefox. I’m using the disastrous Windows 8.

  • Sorry but this isn’t a WordPress issue. Perhaps you should try posting on a suitable Windows forum?

    I just tried to upload a photo attachment to a Hotmail email and now I can….

    So now I just can’t upload upload photos to my wordpress site using Internet Explorer, yet I can using Mozilla Firefox. At this point, it must be a problem with my WordPress files.

    Are you using Internet Explorer 5.5?

    Since this is browser specific, again – it’s not a WordPress issue.
