    Hi,

    First, congratulations on an amazing plugin! I hope to be able to work with it soon

    Secondly,I’m having trouble setting up my first event. There are two main issues that I encountered:

    1 – there’s no dropdown options in the Event Area editing page so that I can choose a ticket to assign it to.

    2 – when I create an event, in the front end there’s nowhere to see the date, venue, buy or anything. It just looks like a post with nothing in it, but the picture (which also went to my header, idk why…) and the description (the word “teste”). I don’t know if it’s all because of the first problem or if it’s something else.

    It’s gonna be reeeealy good to solve this, because the plugin I’m current using to sell my event tickets is not very good and I have to copy manually the main information of everyone attending, which pretty much sucks.

    Anyone with a similar issue is more than welcome to chip in.

    Hey Pedro,

    Thank you for the kind words regarding the plugin! Let’s get right into it.

    1. First you have to create the ticket that you would like to select for the Event Area. When you’re at the Dashboard, navigate to the menu on the left and scroll down until you see “Products.” From there you’ll create a new product(ticket) and setup the pricing structure for it. After you’re done that, you should be able to select it in the Edit Event Area page.

    2. Rather than type up a wall of text, there are some very comprehensive step-by-step videos that will answer the second question for you(as well as give you a visual for the first question). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkMY4gcpFUI

    Hi,

    thank you for the quick reply. I’ll check out the videos for the second issue, it will probably work.

    As for the first thing, I had already created the ticket, that’s why I couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t give me the options. Was there anything else to set up in the ticket creation? I gave it a name and a price, but I didn’t choose a picture, neither did I write a description… I followed that first tutorial to create your first event.

    Do you think there could be some other bug? Should I maybe delete it and install it again?
