Can’t apply “Home” or “404” page template

We created a new page, then went to Edit it, and clicked on the Template dropdown. The only templates we saw were Page, Post, Page w/cover, Post w/cover, and Default. How do we apply other templates in AploBlocks (e.g., 404 or Home) to a page?
