Can’t apply CAS to homepage

    For the webshop that I am starting, I’m setting up a WordPress website with WooCommerce. The childtheme I installed for Storefront is Galleria.

    I installed a product filter sidebar for it, but I do not want it on my homepage. Which is fine in theory, because my theme’s homepage template does not support sidebars. But then that forces all those product categories on me. However, when I turn that homepage template off, and the sidebar appears, CAS does not allow me to apply the plugin to the homepage (it doesn’t allow this either way).

    What could I do to fix this?
