cant amend existing meta group & cant create a new one

    Hi,

    I cant edit the existing product meta group & I cant create a new group as well. When I click save settings, It keeps loading & cant save. I have been activate & deactivate few times & lastly I delete it & install a new version. However, it still fail to save. Kindly need your advice on this. Thank you.

    well such issue was raised when some clients updated PPOM from very Old verstion to lest one. But we have have fixed this as I remembered. Which version you updated from?

    Thanks for your reply. I cant remember which version I updated from but I only start install your plugin since few weeks ago. Or can you share with me how to uninstall your plugin completely without any data stored? So that I can reinstall your new version & start new settings again. TQ.

    Hi,

    well do one thing.

    Remove existing version and install fresh. Create new meta groups forget old ones or remove old form PPOM Settings page.
