    Hi

    Had some issues this evening with clients who are trying to log in via a mobile device. The updated policy page pops up but not correctly. The top of the page is ‘chopped off’ and the page isn’t scrollable. The text contained within the box showing content of the privacy policy page is scrolabe but nothing else. This means that users cannot scroll the bottom and click that they accept the new privacy and terms etc. No issues on desktop.

    Could you please advise?

    In what version was this?
    I’d recommend updating to v2 and trying again.

    Hi I have a similar problem in that pressing the “I Agree ” button has no effect. Seems ok on Desktop but I cannot accept the privacy agreement on either anTablet pc running Win10 or a samsung moblie running Android V10

    I’ve updated to version 2 and this has seemingly made the re-consent page disappear altogether. Also, the accept privacy and terms checkbox on my woocommerce checkout has now become optional and not required (how can I fix this?).

    I have a screenshot of the original problem, I’m just not sure how to post the screenshot here (any ideas?)

    Ok, seen the latest update and this is now working (both showing re-consent message and made the woocommerce checkbox mandatory), love the new display across the bottom of the screen for re-consent!,

    However the audit log does not seem to record the consent now? Same issue as in other thread where I’ve posted.

    I’ve since fixed the audit log issue and will be pushing a patch later today.

    I am able to consent, but the preferences pop up does not show on mobile. I get the screen darkening effect, but cannot see the pop up, or scroll to it anywhere.

    Latest version of Android, using latest Chrome browser.

    Hello moohah,

    I had exactly the same problem. In my case it was a conflict with a mobile menu plugin WP Mobile Menu, Author: Takanakui
    Not saying that it is a bad plugin but it caused a conflict. Maybe I didn’t set it up correctly who knows. When this was deactivated privacy worked again.

    I changed to plugin ShiftNav – Responsive Mobile Menu and it works, no dark screen.

    It might be worth checking your PHP Version Requires PHP Version: 5.6 or higher
