    There is a javascript error.

The privacy policy page (that is being shown on the modal) has the 4 gpdpr forms shorcodes, this is probably related and could be an inexpected usage of the shortcodes on this page.

If you remove the shortcodes, does it start working again?

    No.
The Ajax request is sent with or without the short codes.

The problem is related with the response:
    Request URL: https://www.mbway.pt/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    Request Method: POST
    Status Code: 302 Moved Temporarily

This only happens at this point and seems to be a weird interaction with other plugin (ForceChangePassword) that is being activated also at this point, just after the login.
