can’t adjust the text in emails

Hi there,

If you change the text on the email settings page, and then save it, are the changes really saved or do they revert back immediately?

If the settings are not saving at all, you most likely have a conflict with one of your other plugins. I’m aware of one plugin called “WP Online Contract” that causes this kind of problem, but it could also be something else. If this is the case, I would recommend temporarily disabling your other plugins to see if it makes a difference. Then you can re-activate them one at a time until you find the one causing the conflict. (And if you find it, please let us know which one it was.)

the settings are saving. it kinda looks like something is overriding the changes. but i havent made any changes to te .php etc files. so it cant be a child theme thing.

i’ll still try to turn some of the plugins where using of to see what happens.

i’ll keep you posted

disabled most of the plugins except for the woocommerce ones.

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce the problem on my side, so it still sounds like a plugin or theme conflict of some kind. I would recommend following all the steps on our support page here: https://slicedinvoices.com/question/check-plugin-conflicts/

Also make sure you meet the minimum requirements for Sliced Invoices, which are WordPress 4.0 or newer, and PHP 5.3 or newer (7.0 or newer highly recommended).
