Can’t Add widgets to sidebar

    I am having a problem with my sidebar widgets.
    The “Add” button is not available but theses widgets are not being used
    and I only have one sidebar. I thought maybe the widgets were caught between other themes, so I deleted the others but I am still having this problem. Help?
