Can’t add video with start date

When i try to add a vimeo video with a direct start time ?t=XXmXXs, the plugin refuse to create a thumbnail.
If I add a regular video URL, it works, but if I try to update it, it goes back to the playlist.

Please add support for url that contain start time.
