    If I add user it only asks for a username, email and role but has no place to set the password. I assumed I would get an email with a random password but nothing. I am currently running into this:
    “That username is currently reserved but may be available in a couple of days.
    That email address has already been used. Please check your inbox for an activation email. It will become available in a couple of days if you do nothing.”

    I’ve stripped the user from the user and usermeta table but that didn’t work.

    Do you have BuddyPress enabled?

    I don’t have Buddy Press enabled. I was able to figure out what was going on. It looks like everything has to be done in Network Admin. I was able to create some dummy Users with emails that provide a random password but decided it is easier once the User is created to edit the user, choose a role and create a password for them.
