Can’t add to cart with WooCommerce integration

Sorry for the issues here. As far as I can tell our WC integration is working properly, perhaps we’re dealing with a caching issue? Maybe we’re dealing with other conflicts from a plugin or your theme?

Are add to cart functions working on non sku matched products?

Can you provide a link to your site and a copy of your LifterLMS System Report?

I’m not sure what’s going on here…

I don’t see any plugins that should be causing a conflict and I cannot recreate this issue locally.

I also returned to your site and no longer see the issue. I’m assuming we have a caching issue which is actually probably affecting WC rather than LifterLMS, but I can’t be certain…

Sorry I’m not being more helpful here… Any other thoughts?

It isn’t caching related, as I cleared all caches multiple times to check it.

It isn’t a browser side caching issue, since I am testing it out using anonymous browsing.

And the issue still occurs all the time on my end ??

My only option is to forego the automation on this part and just go through the WooCommerce page and manually add the new students to LifterLMS.

what kind of hosting platform are you on?

The HTML source of your site is minified which leads me to believe there is some king of aggressive caching going on causing issues. Does anything here help: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

I am hosting on WPEngine.
I’ve asked them to add the course URL to the caching exclusions but it didn’t seem to help any.
Out of fresh ideas ??

I don’t believe the course URL is a caching concern, it’s the cart/checkout/account pages, are those being excluded from the cache as per the WC link above?
