can’t add to cart

  • Hi, I am using the smart composite and I have an issue that if I add the product component to the cart it is doesn’t add. it adds only the main product but not the components

    Hi @thejoto,

    If you would like to show component in the cart and checkout, pls kindly go to the general settings of WPC Composite Products?>>> Cart and Checkout >>> Hide component products on cart & checkout page >>> Select “No” >>> Update option

    hi, thanks for the help – unfortunately it is not part of the problem. I made sure it is checks as no but it is still have the same problem
