Can't add specific product attribut…

You’re trying to add global attributes.

That’s fine, but the name needs to be “Materials” – you can’t have a massive name like that. Then you can add in those items as terms later. See https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#section-5

If you don’t need these to be used for sorting though, you can just add custom attributes on the product page like I did in my screenshots above.

Ok. So I can not add that as a global attribute? And must add custom attributes manually to all products?

You can make it a global attribute. You need to name the attribute “Materials” and create individual terms for each with valid slugs.
