Can’t add shipping options – page automatically refreshes and doesn’t save

    I can’t add shipping options in the WooCommerce settings, when clicking save shipment type the page refreshes itself automatically and the changes aren’t kept.

    I HAVE TRIED:

    – Updating all plugins and them
    – Disabling all plugins other than WooCommerce
    – Changing to default theme
    – Deleting and reinstalling WooCommerce
    (at first couldn’t install it from the WordPress dashboard, it said “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized” so I downloaded it manually, afterwards I changed something in the link build and deleted then reinstalled regularly and it installed)

    In all steps of these attempts to solve the issue the problem persisted.

    WordPress Version:?6.1.1
    Theme: The7 v.11.4.1.1
    WooCommerce Version: 7.4.0

    Can you confirm which type of shipping item you are trying to add.
    Is it a Shipping Zone, Shipping Class or a Shipping Method?

    If possible can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thank you, it happens both when I try to add shipping zone and shipping methods.
    Odd thing is, it doesn’t produce me the system report, I click it but nothing happens.
