Cant add read more tag

  • Hi,
    I am using the cake theme by muffin group.
    On my home page i have added columns by using their short codes. When i click the ‘add read more tab’ it will insert it into the text editor but when i view the live webpage it doesn’t show any read more link.
    I hope someone can help me with this.
