Can’t add products to the cart

Hi,

I just installed W3 total cache but it turnes out that some customers (not all) had problem adding products to the cart, it just loaded but it didn’t jump to the cart. Is there a setting that I have wrong?

I had to deactivate the plugin now because of this, but I like to make it work.

Also, with the plugin activated I can’t say that I noticed any difference in speed. Neither worse nor better. Does it take a while for everything to “kick in”? I’m new at this so thank you for your patience:)
