    Why when the plugin is activated can I not add or edit my products in Woocommerce. It returns a blank page and no content. Once you deactivate the page to edit loads fine.

    Hi there!

    Does the same problem happen when you try to create new products with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin active, or is it just existing products giving you that error?

    Can you please check your site’s log files for fatal errors and give us a copy?

    To find the generated logs:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Facebook log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
    3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response, so we can take a look at the error message.

    This is also happening to me. I can’t edit or create products or categories. This is what i see in my log. When i deactivate the plugin then i can edit and create.

    I’m having the same issue. Getting a 500 error when trying to add or edit products while the plugin is activated. You can see the issue here: https://www.loom.com/share/d84db5529f394fc69173677dfcfd18e3

    There are no relevant error logs as the website doesn’t even connect to the server to load the page.
