• We have purchased the Premium WPC bundle plugin prior but it appears its data is getting deleted and we no longer can add/find Variable Products that need to go in our bundles. This no longer works at all and we cant even re-add the products to our bundles.

    When we search “Anti” several products would populate for selection but literally overnight, this has stopped working. For this bundle product and all the others, we can no longer select the correct items to create the bundle because the plugin literally cant find the options.

    Like I said, was working fine before and literally overnight stopped working. Premium Plugin version 7.3.7

    Please check it again with version 7.3.8 to see if the issue is fixed.

    Since this is an issue with the Premium version, you can kindly contact our https://wpc.ticksy.com/ forum and create a Private ticket to get further support in this case. Please provide with us your admin credentials of the live site or staging site, our developers will help you check and fix that.
