• Hi,

    I just downloaded the pluggin and it seems that I can’t add products on the link creation page.

    When I click add products, nothing happens. I tried waiting for a while but nothing happens.

    Can you tell me how to make it work?

    Hi @samueljacques222,

    Have you checked if there are some errors in the browser’s console when you try to add the products? From what you have written, it seems like a some kind of JS conflict.

    Hi @samueljacques222,

    What are the WordPress and WooCommerce versions your site is running on? At first glance, it seems like a kind of conflict with one of the other plugins you are currently using. Have you tried turning all of them off temporarily, leaving only the WooCommerce and Cart Link on, to see if the problem disappears? If everything works fine then, activating the plugins one by one should help you with tracking down which one is responsible for such behavior. If you are using a caching plugin, that would be my first guess.

    Hi Luke,

    I tried turning off all plugins except WooCommerce and Cart Link, but it did not solve the problem.

    Let me know what else I can try.

    Have you checked if it also occurs while using a different browser? Is there a chance you could run a test on a different hosting than your current one? I suppose that it still might be a cache related issue and these two tests should confirm or exclude it.

    I tested on Firefox (I’m ususally using Chrome) and the same thing happens.

    I can’t try on another hosting service
