    Navigate to wp-admin–>Dokan–>Settings–>Selling option

    Check the box and save the settings

    In the case of admin or already registered users.
    Navigate to wp-admin–>users–>All users–>select edit option for the user unable to sell–>selling

    Check the box and save the settings.

    Also, set the page and the permalink properly. You can follow the documentation.

    thank you roshni for your support. i found the problem of permalink cox my permalink can’t change to custom. i am struggling with that.

    Actually, the permalink settings are required to use Dokan. You need to set the permalink as mentioned in the doc I shared earlier to get your issue resolved.
