It might be that one of your plugins isn’t compatible with PHP 7.3 and that might be causing this issue. Normally, This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Before you start
I hope that helps!
]]>Thank you for the reply. I did what you suggested. Made a backup. Disabled my theme and tried the Storefront theme. The Add New Product still did not work. So it’s no the theme.
I then installed the Health Check & Troubleshooting. In Troubleshooting mode, I disabled all of the plug-ins except for Woocommerce. When I tried to go into Woocommerce, I could access the dashboard but when I went to Add New Product, I got this error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I then tried every other plugin. When Woocommerce is disabled, they all work fine and the site works fine. If Woocommerce is activated – and I then activate another plugin to check if the problem persists, I get the above Internal Server Error. It won’t even let me access the Add New Product screen. The issue is in Woocommerce. But what is it?
]]>Thank you for letting us know! Glad to hear that your site is working okay now.
As far as I’m concern, the only way to connect your WooCommerce store to Facebook is by using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
I want to recommend you contact their support team to give you more insights about this and see if they can provide you an alternative way to doing this. Here is the link to their support forum:

Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions directly related to the features and functionality of the free Core WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins are best supported by their own resp. Developers (and more importantly, I’d instead not give you any incorrect information).
Cheers! ??
