cant add pages to the menu

good morning

recently i accidentaly deleted my menu

so i set it up again (luckily have saved all my pages)

when i then wanted to add a page to a catedory the pages wont show up anymore to add in the menu

i go to appearce – menu- there i was able to chose from pages to add to menu and posts

now pages column doesnt show up at all.

please help me i have no idea what to do

also when i go to page the categories are not shown on the right side

i have no idea what to do so now my page is left with a menu without anything in it
