Can’t Add Other Fields in Checkout?

For some reason I can no access the “Other Fields” tab under Checkout Fields. When I click the Other Fields tab I just get redirected to the Billing Fields tab. I previously had some fields under that tab that I switched from Published to Drafting but now they’re either gone or I can’t access them because I keep getting redirected.
Can this be addressed please? Thank you
