Can’t add order notes

    Hi there!

    I can’t add order notes from wp-admin. When I press the button to add the note, the loading image shows up and nothing else happens. No error, nowhere.

    I am using the latest wordpress and woocommerce.

    How can I fix this or where should I start?

    The issue you’re facing with adding order notes is quite unusual and shouldn’t be happening with the latest WooCommerce version. This, therefore, might be due to a conflict with a plugin or theme.

    Here’s how you can troubleshoot:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
    2. Try to add an order note again. If it works, it means there’s a conflict with one of your plugins or your theme.
    3. Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the order note functionality each time, to identify which one is causing the issue.
