Can't add or edit Event due to backend not resizing or scrolling down

Here is a screenshot of the issue. My screen is very small and when I scroll down all the way, the box doesn’t resize and I can’t see the bottom of the Add Event Box.
I’ve tried this on IE8 and Chrome. Am I missing something? Is there any way to have the Box resize with the screen?
