    Hi,
after update to the latest WordPress 5.5.1 and FooGallery 1.9.34 can’t edit nor add a gallery.
Where can I send a screenshot, some elements are missing like important ones:
    Gallery Items
    Gallery Settings
    Custom CSS

all other tabs are visible like:
Custom Post Type – Layout Settins
    Gallery Publish
    Gallery Shortcode
    Retina Support
    Gallery Sorting
    Thumbnails
    Featured Image

Option about jquery in advanced mode disabled/enabled, the same thing (Custom Ready Event).

Error in Dev tools console > “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () – post-new.php?post_type=foogallery:1”

    Thank you.

    Hi @idovecer

Can you try to turn on WP_DEBUG?

Also, make sure the FooGallery metaboxes are visible, by cliking on “Screen Options” in the top right, then make sure the “Gallery Items” “Gallery Settings” etc are all ticked.

Also make sure you have cleared your browser cache.

Another thing to try if you still have issues is to Download and install the Health Check plugin. Details can be found here : https://fooplugins.com/documentation/general/general-troubleshooting/health-check-debug/

    WP_DEBUG – nothing, no errror.
Screen Options, doesn’t work in FooGallery, can’t open.
Browser cache, cleared, checked in Google Chrome and FF.

Huh, ok, Health Check plugin, I will try that.

    Strange,
after installing Health Check plugin, enabled all plugins one by one in Troubleshoot mode and Add Gallery works normally.

With disabled Health check and with the same plugins, Add Gallery doesn’t show all tabs and Screen Options also doesn’t work at all.

Then I put the site to maintenance mode and try on live to deactivate plugin by plugin.

YOP Pool (Version 6.2.0 | By yourownprogrammer) was the problem, now it works and everything is fine.

I noticed today, the problem was also W3 Total Cache 0.15.1.

So, both plugins, if any of them is activated FooGallery doesn’t work.
I will check options in W3 Total Cache 0.15.1.

    So problems with FooGallery are:

YOP Pool (Version 6.2.0 | By yourownprogrammer)
W3 Total Cache (Version 0.15.1 | By BoldGrid)

I also tried with W3 Total Cache version 0.15.0, 0.14.3, 0.12.0, the same result. If I disable W3 Total Cache it works. Maybe later I will try even lower versions.

I will test with those plugins to see what the conflict might be.

When either of those plugins are activated, do you see the same problem?

When you say elements are missing, do you mean they are not showing in the edit gallery page at all?

You can upload a screenshot to https://paste.pics/

    Hi,
now I tried to make screenshots and it works, do not understand, anyway it seems that the problem was some sort with YOP Poll, not W3 Total Cache.
I do not want to turn YOP Poll back to have these problems again, sorry.

    Tnx for support.
