Can’t add new user in admin area with plugin enabled

When I try to add a new user in the admin area, it refuses and says that I must accept the privacy checkbox. I turned off this plugin and I can add user. We can’t access the privacy checkbox in the admin area. Can this be turned off?

I second the others requesting an update. Love your plugin. It is one that I consider invaluable to all new sites.
