Can’t add new timeout rule

hi, whenever I tryed to add new rule and pressing add new it showup the popup window and can’t close it or if I continue to complete the adding rule, after chosing what I want, there is nothing happens… I mean no buttons appears and can’t be done the adding new rule. the only solution to close the menu it’s reload the page and the rule is not added.
