Can't add new form after I updated to latest version

    Thank you for the question. i have retested the latest version(1.1.1) and the adding new form function is working well. In order to avoid the small bug while updating. Could you deactivate and remove the plugin from FTP account, and then re-install it on the admin area to see if the bug is fixed. If you still encounter the same issue, please feel free to let me know.
