    Hi unityweb,

Sounds like some kind of plugin/theme conflict. I’ll need WP Admin access to your site in order to reproduce the issue on my test server.

If you’d like me to look into it please email your WP admin login (perhaps best to create a new temporary user) to david[at]easypricingtables[dot]com

    Cheers,
    David

I’m having the same problem as above. Please can you kindly post what you did to fix this?

Frustrating when threads just go dead without the fix being shared, as if its a big secret.

Hi there, I too am having the same issue – I have bought the premium version but am unable to add more than 4 columns to my pricing table.

Echorley, please email us [email protected] and make sure to include a link to your pricing table, this might be some kind of CSS conflict.

Why can’t you just post the fix instead of asking people repeatedly to email you privately? Frustrating to say the least!!!

    What’s the big secret?

Can you please recommend other plugin that works better? Thanks!

Just tried this plugin and getting exactly the same problem. Also the button to change colours fails to work. Funily enough had the same problem with another price table creator that seems to use the same code for changing the colours(going by the graphic used)

And no. Sorry. I’m not about to let someone I have never heard of loose on my site.

Hello all, I’m going to share the tip to you all who get this kind of problem:

    1. Enter to “Add new” a pricing table
    2. If you are in Chrome, press F12 and move to “Console” tab, you’ll notice to some red texts, this exactly is the plugin/js lib of your theme which is conflict with the pricing table plugin.
    3. After you figure out the conflict plugin/ conflict js lib of your theme, Try temporarily deactivating the conflict plugin, or activate the wordpress default theme if the conflict come from your theme.
    4. Create and save a pricing table normally
    5. Activate your conflict plugin/ conflict theme back, use the pricing table normally, and ignore the issue.

Note that this way work for almost conflict js, but it might not work for some special conflict case.
Let me know if this helped.
    Thanks
